📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of securities operations professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to operational standards.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to securities trading.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in securities operations, with a strong background in trading systems and risk management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of securities trading regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trading systems such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar platforms.
• Certification in securities operations or a related field is a plus.
