📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Audit and reconcile hotel income from various sources, including room revenues, F&B sales, and other revenue streams.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoice processing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue.
• Train and mentor junior staff in financial operations and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in income auditing and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
