Assist the store manager in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet Domino's high standards of service and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with the store manager and corporate team to implement new initiatives and improvements.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and pleasant working atmosphere.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher preferred.,Experience with multi-unit operations is a plus.
