📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our software systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and facilities management.
• Proficiency in ITIL framework and related certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience with IT infrastructure management tools such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of office facility management systems and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
