🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international freight sales, preferably in the Indonesia–USA trade lane.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Valid SIM (International Maritime License) or equivalent certification.
