As our Fashion Brand Operations & Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring seamless operations from production to delivery. You'll work closely with our team to implement best practices using tools like SAP and Jira, and you'll have the chance to develop innovative strategies that align with our brand's vision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize our supply chain, working with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead projects that align with our brand's vision, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of managing operations and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
