Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Credit Control Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and a proven track record of managing and recovering outstanding debts. This role offers a competitive salary of MYR 4000 - 6000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the credit control process to ensure timely collection of overdue accounts.,Develop and implement strategies to improve credit control performance and reduce bad debts.,Conduct regular reviews of credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate debt recovery and resolution.,Analyze credit data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve complex credit issues.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on credit control activities and performance.,Ensure all credit control activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and recovering outstanding debts.,Strong knowledge of credit control policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with credit control software and tools is a plus.
