In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing various banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event logistics.,Work closely with the event planning team to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place and properly maintained.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.,Monitor the flow of events, ensuring that all activities run according to schedule and that any issues are addressed promptly.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, ensuring that the event venue is always neat and tidy.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all event-related needs are met, including catering, entertainment, and transportation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event coordination roles.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and team members.,Proficiency in using event planning software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
