📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
