📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to increase market share and brand awareness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely restocking of products.,Participate in trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase our products and services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the alcohol industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the alcohol industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
