📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote and sell our products effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.,Assist in stock management and ensure optimal product availability.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Support the store manager in achieving overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
