🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in retail or warehouse environment.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of store operators.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales tracking.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
