PT Hasta Sinergi is seeking a highly motivated and professional Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As the Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the front desk operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and front desk transactions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with front desk software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
