📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the F&B service areas.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall guest experience and satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure that all staff are properly trained and certified in food safety and handling procedures.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B service operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
