📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers,Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping,Maintain a clean and organized workstation,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Train and mentor junior baristas and cashiers,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote and upsell coffee products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,High school diploma or equivalent,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
