OMEGA Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a commitment to helping employees succeed. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training programs and employee development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
