📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and drive business growth.,Managing and tracking business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success.,Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
