As an Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations Associate - Transaction Support, you'll work closely with traders, analysts, and other team members to ensure that all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for monitoring trade execution, verifying data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and execute trades on trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Tradeweb, and Macquarie's proprietary systems.
• Verify and reconcile trade data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the settlement of trades, including the processing of cash and securities.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in trade data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide support to the team during market hours, including during high-volume periods.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your trading operations skills.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to trade execution and settlement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a trading operations or transaction support role, preferably in the equities or derivatives market.
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms and systems, including Bloomberg Terminal, Tradeweb, and Macquarie's proprietary systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
