Handle patient payments and manage the cash register,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records,Process insurance claims and handle refunds or adjustments,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Manage the clinic's inventory of medical supplies and equipment,Assist in any other duties as required by the clinic manager🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus,Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processing is beneficial,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Good time management and organizational skills🛠️ Keahlian
