📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing and supervising the branch's daily operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient business processes.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch productivity and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
