📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site visits to assess and address operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
