📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
