📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and design documentation using SolidWorks.,Develop and optimize mechanical designs to meet project specifications and performance requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.,Conduct design reviews and provide technical input to improve product quality and performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical design.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Proven experience as a SolidWorks Draftsman or Mechanical Design Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.,Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, including advanced features and tools.,Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.,Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes is a plus.
