📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular kitchen meetings and staff training sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit.
