PRISM Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a keen eye for detail. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
