📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Palembang branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.,Monitor market trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent Sky Smart Pratama at industry events and conferences, both locally and nationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
