Moon Easy Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company receives the best possible products and services at the most competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services.,Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure that our company is always getting the best possible deals.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Manage and track procurement budgets to ensure that we are staying within our financial limits.,Prepare and submit procurement reports to management on a regular basis.,Assist with the development and implementation of new procurement strategies and initiatives.,Provide support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
