📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of paint products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for paint production.
• Monitor and maintain quality control equipment and instruments, such as spectrophotometers, viscometers, and pH meters.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze and interpret test results to assess the quality and performance of paint products.
• Conduct regular inspections of paint production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and test results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of paint products through innovation and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a related role in the paint or coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations, such as ISO, ASTM, and DIN.
• Proficiency in using quality control software, such as LabVIEW, SAS, or Minitab.
• Experience with paint testing equipment, such as spectrophotometers, viscometers, and pH meters.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
