📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
