📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route optimization.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
