🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international freight sales, preferably in the Indonesia–USA trade lane.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Valid SIM (International Maritime License) or equivalent certification.
