In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and processes to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Developing and implementing corrective actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Assisting in the preparation of annual audit plans and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
