📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage human resources activities including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage general affairs including office administration, facilities, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR and GA strategies.
  • Monitor and report on HR and GA metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and GA records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR and GA software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience in a telecommunication or electrical company is a plus.
