📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for BBEF, focusing on the growth and development of esports in Bangka Belitung.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of tournament organization, including event planning, sponsorship acquisition, and participant management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national esports organizations, influencers, and industry partners.
• Oversee the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives to promote esports and attract new participants.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance the esports ecosystem in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of BBEF's initiatives.
• Represent BBEF at industry events and conferences, and act as a spokesperson for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in esports management, tournament organization, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing esports initiatives, including tournament organization and community building.
• Strong understanding of the esports industry, including current trends, technologies, and business models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using esports management software such as Challonge, Discord, and Twitch.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms for tracking performance metrics and participant engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
